The peaceful life of surgeon Sergey Rashidov comes to an end when he is accused of possession and distribution of drugs and is detained. In the pre-trial detention center, Sergey saves the life of terrorist Akhat. Some time later, instead of doctor Sergey Rashidov, a janitor named Jura appears in St. Petersburg...

The bandits take Sergei to their comrade, whose arm has been torn off. The victim is taken to the nearest veterinary clinic for surgery.

After the incident, the bandits keep an eye on Sergei. The police are interrogating the surgeon's wife, suspecting the man of being involved with the criminals.

On the highway, the bandits try to stop Alexei, who was working on the leader of one of the gangs, Konrad. A shootout ensues.

Roma brings Oleg Romanovich a plan on how to set up a meeting between Conrad and Jura, so that the surgeon will say everything they need on tape.

Oleg Romanovich asks Margarita Grigorievna for permission to talk to his fighter Roman, who is suspected of committing a crime.

Sergey makes a round at his clinic, where patients are treated in strict confidentiality. The clinic needs an ophthalmologist, and a candidate comes to mind.

Conrad's guys are looking for a hacker, but he turns out to be more cunning than they are. Vera Pavlovna is worried about the restless patient and suggests warning the clinic owner.

Colonel Pakhomov informs Oleg Romanovich about his two captains, who have gotten into an unpleasant situation.

Stepan demands money from Sergey at gunpoint. In fear, Marina hits him on the head with a casket. The bandit falls backwards.

The colonel doesn't understand the ultimate goal. He wants to take Conrad. But the general points out that their mission is completely different.

The agents apologize to Sergey. All suspicions are dropped. Finally, he and Marina are asked to play along with the special services.
