Eagerly awaited, the JTF 16 unit in the Far North has seen its mission compromised. Allan Craig and Louis-Philippe Savard have been repatriated separately. Craig, who returns with a hostage, is convinced that the Russians had been warned by a double agent within the base. Savard secretly brings back a highly dangerous element, which he conceals.
