Following Operation Fontana, the team was dismissed, and everyone is now isolated. But when Chistera and Commander Risser, a newcomer to the Crime Squad, discover a small doll with traces of Darius's DNA on the corpse of an unidentified man, everything changes. Darius, under suspicion, is completely shaken. Why does this man, whom he has never seen, own this toy? Why does it bear his DNA? What does it all mean? As victims with increasingly atypical identities uncover new personal challenges, the Invisibles team faces new personal challenges that will bring them closer than ever. By piecing together the stories of these Invisibles, they stick together. They are a team. And when a case directly affects their team leader and his mysterious, painful past, Duchess, Ben, and Marijo prove valuable allies.
