Episode 1
Over eight weeks of competition, Let It Shine will search for five talented boys that will form a band to perform the songs of Take That in a brand new stage show touring the UK next year.
Let It Shine will welcome guest judges in each stage of the competition. In this first week and throughout the auditions, the judges are joined by Amber Riley, star of hit TV show Glee and currently leading lady in the West End musical Dreamgirls.
During the auditions the boys have just one performance to impress our judges. They will all sing, and some will dance and others will play instruments. But have they got what it takes to get through to the next round, where the lucky ones will get to perform in groups alongside hugely popular music acts?
As well as those who have applied to be on the show, Gary has gone out across the UK to find talented contestants who have been secretly nominated by their friends and families. Gary surprises them and personally invites them to audition in front of the Let It Shine judges.

Episode 2
Let It Shine, BBC One's brand new Saturday night entertainment show is back for the second week of auditions. Judges Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and guest judge Amber Riley alongside presenters Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc welcome another round of ambitious hopefuls.
As the second week of Let It Shine commences, more talented boys audition to become part of a band that will perform the hits of Take That in a brand new stage show touring the UK next year.
During the auditions the boys only have one performance to prove to the judges they have got what it takes to get through to the next round. They will all sing, some will dance and others will play instruments, but only those lucky enough to get through to the next stage will get to perform in groups alongside well-known music acts
Gary continues his search across the UK to find talented contestants who have been secretly nominated by their friends and families. After surprising them, Gary personally invites them to audition in front of the Let It Shine judges.

Episode 3
In this third episode, the hopefuls continue to audition solo in front of both the Manchester studio audience and the judging panel they need to impress: Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and Amber Riley. Their fate lies in the hands of the judges if they are to make it to the next stage of the competition.
Presenters Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc bring all the action, fun and gossip from the studio and backstage.

Episode 4
This is the last chance for the hopefuls to audition solo in front of both the Manchester studio audience and the judging panel they need to impress: Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and Amber Riley.
Presenters Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc bring all the action, fun and gossip from the studio and backstage.

Episode 5
The boys left in the contest must now perform in groups for the first time. Each group collaborates with a big name in British music - Olly Murs, Kaiser Chiefs, Melanie C, Busted or Beverley Knight - and the collaborations feature three songs with each artist. Watch out for a spectacular opening number too.
This week's guest judge is Lulu, who famously collaborated with Take That. After each performance, Lulu, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and Gary Barlow must choose five boys from each group to become the bands for next week's live shows.

Episode 6
In the first of the Let It Shine live shows, our five newly created bands take to the stage for the very first time. In five performances the bands go head to head as they seek to impress the audience at home and the judges, Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp - and our latest guest judge.
The show opens in style, with a spectacular group performance. After the five band performances, hosts Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc open the voting lines so the public can choose their favourite band.

Episode 6 Results
In the results show Mel and Graham will announce which bands have made it through to next week's semi-final with the highest viewer votes. The two bands with the lowest votes will be in jeopardy as they will have to battle it out and to progress in the competition.
Whilst the judges deliberate there will be a very special guest performance. The judges will then decide who will carry on to next week's live semi-final show and who will leave the competition.

Episode 7
In tonight's double-bill live semi-final show, the four remaining Let It Shine bands will go head to head in a bid to impress the judges and audience at home. This week Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp are joined by a new guest judge - but who will it be?

Episode 7 Results
In the live semi-final results show the bands discover their fate - as they learn which of them have made it through to next week's live final.

Live Final
After seven sensational weeks of singing, dancing and show-stopping performances, the wait is finally over, Tonight the three remaining bands will take to the stage for the last time to compete in the Let It Shine final.
Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc (pictured) present the ultimate battle of the bands, as each band performs to impress the audience at home and the Let It Shine judges, Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and a very special guest judge.
Each of the three remaining bands will perform twice. The judges will give their feedback, but this week it's up to the viewers to decide which band they want to win the competition.
The evening wouldn't be complete without an extraordinary musical performance fit for the final, before the winning band is announced by Graham and Mel.

His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
