Local radio enthusiasts Howard and Ilyas want to record life stories of locals for a global audience, while John wants to make the iconic local canals more attractive and enjoyable for all. The local people decide who takes home the money and makes their dream project a reality. Viewers catch up four weeks later to see the winning project in action, and reflect on what the experience has meant to the community.
