The phrase ‘Christmas comes early' usually denotes a positive experience. But for the workers at the legendary shop Liberty of London, Christmas means pressure. The seasonal section of the enormous department store opens in September, so staff have to ensure all their baubles are in a row before the doors open. But will a sudden heatwave suck the festive spirit out of all of them?

Iconic department store Liberty has always been synonymous with bold, innovative design. But in the digital age, how can a traditional retailer stay relevant while not losing its identity? Liberty's bigwigs try to see into the future and clash over tradition versus vision. Elsewhere, a celebrity book signing has the staff in a bit of a flap. Can an embarrassing crisis be averted?

Tensions rise as Christmas approaches. It's make or break for the store and its employees, as they need their customers to splurge dramatically during the holiday season. To achieve this, every festive element has to be perfect, from ribbon tying to bauble polishing to the facade of the lavish store itself. But can the staff step up and stop this Christmas from being a turkey?

The Crow Girl
The Crow Girl begins with the gruesome discovery of a teenage boy's body discarded in plain sight. Determined to find who is responsible, DCI Jeanette Kilburn joins forces with psychotherapist Sophia Craven to hunt the killer despite opposition from her superiors including confidant DI Lou Stanley.
The investigation takes them into a dangerous world of historic abuse and murder. Together they uncover a chain of shocking events involving the disappearance of children that have gone overlooked for decades, as well as evidence of police corruption. As the body count rises and the two women are dragged into the depths of the murders, an intimacy starts to form between them, and so begins a complex, twisted love story. All the while, the killer is inching ever closer to home.
