After retiring from the police, the Reckless Driver rides a motorcycle, spends evenings in the "Gas Tank", meets new girls. He is offered to become a regular participant in semi-underground races between bikers and with their help not only get his dose of adrenaline, but also earn money. One day, after winning the race, Sotnikov accidentally meets an old friend Katya Meshcherina. A pleasant meeting for both ends at Katya's house, from where the Reckless Man leaves late at night. In the morning, Katya's corpse is found under the windows of her house, and in her apartment there are gloves forgotten by the Reckless Driver. The investigator investigating her death is sure that Katya committed suicide, but the Reckless Driver is convinced that what happened was the result of a crime. He is eager to participate in the investigation, but both Karapetyan and Kubik are against it - Dauntless does not have the authority to do so. Sotnikov's father is found on the side of the road next to a motorcycle, and he ends up in the hospital with amnesia. And new circumstances are emerging in the Meshcherina case.
