A group of assistants look to climb the ladder in Atlanta. Amber struggles with a decision to work for Nick Cannon. Drekia's new job is not quite what she bargained for, and Devin tries to fit online dating into his workday.

Amber rushes to New York to work for Nick. Devin deals with unusual requests from a demanding boss. Drekia realizes being 2nd assistant means doing what the 1st assistant wont. Rian balances working for Tigger and her own family time.

Drekia travels to Miami to work for Bu, but working with artists is not what she hoped. Devin is shocked when he learns he has to pass a real estate exam in one week! Amber struggles to meet Nick's demands when he arrives in Atlanta.

Drekia must win Bu over after her attitude nearly derails a recording session with Pia Mia. Amber struggles between working for Nick and her side hustles. Devin wants more responsibility at Team Blair. Rian sacrifices family time for Tigger

Amber fends off romantic overtures from Golden Boy. Rian questions a future assisting Tigger when he gives her a wild task. Drekia's friends set her up on blind dates. Devin's future depends on him passing the real estate exam.

Drekia's past threatens to ruin her reputation with Bu. Amber has to step up when Nick asks her to plan a major event on her own. Devin learns that there's more to being a realtor for Blair than having a real estate license.
