In the sleepy and inconspicuous Lipowo, a town in Kujawy, "Przyjezdna" - writer Weronika Nowakowska - appears. He hides in a house in the forest, looking for inspiration for a new book.

Weronika wants to help Daniel in the investigation into the murder of Monika's sister. Which of Lipówo's inhabitants is involved in this?

Weronika becomes the main suspect in the death of Monika's sister. However, someone appears who gives the woman an alibi and indicates a new possible murderer. Daniel immediately follows him.

Weronika and Daniel found the wanted Bartek Rosoł, Why is the boy running away and does he have anything to do with the death of Monika's sister? Unfortunately, he becomes the main suspect in the case.

Weronika and Daniel overpower the shooter at the festival. Weronika begins to suspect Ziętara of Majka's disappearance. He tries to find evidence of his guilt. He accidentally discovers Paul's secret.

Weronika decides to find evidence against Kojarski at all costs. He finds one of the girls working at "Flauta". Tomek tries to thwart her plans. There is an accident that ends with... passionate sex in the car.

After a shocking discovery, Weronika stops the work of Ziętar's bulldozers on the Witches' Glade. The police take over the case. The first clues lead Daniel and Paweł to the past - the tragic death of their fathers.

Weronika makes a deal. She soon returns to Lipówo to complete the investigation. Meanwhile, Daniel investigates the issue of arson. The trail leads him to Father Józef. The priest feels that "the noose is tightening around his neck".
