Episode 1
The six teens taking part in the series travel to America and meet the Amish families for the first time.

Episode 2
There is a gender divide when it comes to hard work and one sex are set to enjoy it a lot more than the other. Jordan, George and James doscover hust how tough physical labour is while Charlotte, Siana and Hannah, experience a woman's life, the Amish way.

Episode 3
The teens find out about farming with some of the hardest working Amish members and find out about New Order Amish courtship rules, where dating couples are not even permitted to hold hands before they're married.

Episode 4
The teenagers stay with the Burkholder family who are members of the Horse and Buggy Mennonites

Episode 5
The teenagers spend time with two Amish families in Pennsylvania who still work their farms using horsepower. They pay a visit to an Amish horse auction and have to work long hours as they help with the harvest. The woman of the house, Becky show the girls the advantages of staying a virgin until they are married.

Episode 6
The teenagers spend some time with some Amish rebels who are deciding whether or not to leave the Schwartzentruber church:. The boys go camping in the woods with some young Schwartzentruber men who are currently being shunned by their church.
