25 Years of Location, Location, Location

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are the first to admit it: they didn't think they would get past the first series of Location, Location, Location. But they've been finding homes for the people of the UK for 25 years, helping almost 750 people, viewing over 1800 homes and being entrusted with over £175 million of the great British public's money. Now, as they hit their silver anniversary, Kirstie and Phil have gathered to remember the many happy moments and often turbulent times of helping house hunters navigate their search for a home. They've been there through the boom and the bust, they've dealt with runaway markets, and were around when Lockdown meant there was no market whatsoever. All the while, they've borne witness to the property story we were all living through and, in this celebratory special, they remember the key moments in the show's history, both as they played out on their searches and as they dominated the nation's headlines. Throughout, they also enjoy the lightness and fun that comes from reminiscing the last quarter century and reflect on how they - and their relationship - has evolved over their time together. With updates on some of their house hunters down the years, this is 25 years of Britain's journey in property, by the people who know it best.
