The Peak District

In this episode, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are searching for a couple of rural retreats around the glorious Peak District. Kirstie's with single mum Anne, who sold her place in Sheffield to move out to the country with her teenage son Vinnie. However, a short term stay with her parents while they searched has turned into eight months, with only one property out of 20 viewed coming close. Kirstie needs to find them a home of their own fast - however, that one property still lurks at the back of Anne's mind. Meanwhile, Phil's searching for a dream home for Andrea and James. Living in the luxury of Andrea's parents' ample character stone-built home has given the couple a taste of the good life. Two years since the start of their search for a similar house, on a fraction of the budget, they still haven't found what they're looking for and need Phil to help focus their minds.
