Location, Location, Location returns for a brand new series. This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit the Great British seaside in Kent, with two sets of buyers. Kirstie is searching for a home for a family of six, who had the perfect property but lost it due to a clerical error. Phil helps a family from London as they search for an idyllic seaside lifestyle. They need room for two teenage daughters, a pug and a cat; not to mention a collection of bikes.

Kirstie and Phil help Louise and Johnny find a family-friendly pad in Weybridge, and Ros and Alex who want a countryside home.

Bristol 2017
This time, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in and around Bristol. Kirstie's with Craig and Rich, who've been looking for a home to start a family in for over a year, but without success. And Phil's helping Laura and Linda, a mother and daughter looking for a sound investment for the whole family.

Croydon 2017
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Sencer are down with the kids in Croydon, as Kirstie helps friends Joe, Will and Joe get their collective foot on the tricky London property ladder. And Phil meets newlyweds Leon and Cherrelle, who've been living with granny while saving a deposit and are looking for somewhere affordable, with the space to start a family and good for their commute.

Nottingham 2017
In Nottingham, the local property market currently finds the demand for homes far outweighing supply. Kirstie Allsopp helps Brett and Jo by trying to open their eyes to wider options across the city.Phil Spencer is with first time buyers Ben and Pip, who have their hearts set on a trendy part of town where properties are scarce and the competition is tight.

In south Devon, Kirstie Allsopp helps Vanessa and Warron in the hunt for their first marital home in a small and sought-after seaside town. Phil Spencer meets up with Andrew and Margaret, who want a bungalow and garden where they can raise chickens and where Margaret can finally get all her plants out of their pots.

West London 2017
In London, Kirstie Allsopp searches south of the Thames, across Balham and Putney, with Hannah and Ben. After years in rentals, the pair are ready to buy. They have a good budget, but first-time buyers' nerves have led to 40-odd viewings and no deal. Phil Spencer helps Hemani and Nigel, who's from Australia, as they seek a Aussie-proportioned property in the Thames Valley.
