Their favourite areas are Putney and Richmond, but their money does not go as far as they would like. Pam and Ross are in Wimbledon, where former tennis professional Ross works. However, having been stung after the 2009 housing crisis, they are understandably cautious.

Edinburgh
In Edinburgh, Phil helps Zoe and Jason, who have an extensive wish list. Kirstie meets Stephanie and Tana, who want a countryside feel and a city vibe.

Sheffield
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help two couples searching in Sheffield. Scientists Lois and Ahmed's strategic approach has so far seen them lose out on eight houses, being outbid by just a few thousand pounds each time. With a toddler in tow, and living with Lois's parents, the heat is on for Kirstie to find their own family home. Phil is with Liz and Luke, who are set on the rural areas around the city, close to the Peak District.

North London
In north London, Kirstie helps Digi find a future-proof home, while Phil's with Rebecca and Sohail, whose rental is worth £200k more than their budget to buy.

South London

Kent, Suffolk and Norfolk Revisit
Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of househunters whose searches were all about family. Retired couple Tom and Sue are living in their motorhome having sold their beloved cottage in Tom's native Yorkshire. The plan is to move 150 miles south to be near Sue's grandson - and they long for an open-plan home with a huge garden. Meanwhile, doting father Charlie, who is recently divorced, and his two children would like a new family home in Kent to start a new chapter in their lives.

East London, Brighton and Hove Revisit
Phil Spencer catches up with Katy and Charlie, who were on the hunt for their first family home in Brighton, and Janet, who wanted a ground-floor forever home in east London.

South East London and Devon Revisit
We catch up with Carole and Alan, who needed a home with lots of land and holiday let potential in Somerset or Devon, and Ros and Hannah, who wanted to move in together in south east London.
