Meanwhile, Kirstie helps young parents Sophie and Matt, who need to get out of Sophie's mum's and find their own family home in Broadstairs.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Priti and Shakti find their first family home while staying close to the buzz of London. Cheesemonger Julia is looking for a slice of the countryside after having moved out of the city to look after her elderly father during lockdown.

South Wales
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer take two couples house-hunting in south Wales. Chris and Laura want a slice of the countryside with dreams of a vegetable patch in a huge garden for their one-year-old son Jack to play in but when the perfect place arises reality brings them down from cloud nine. Bob and Lara want a three-to-four bed family home in the city and parking is a must but Phil struggles to tick all the boxes in the competitive Cardiff housing market where they've already been outbid 10 times.

Bristol and Glasgow Revisit 2022
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer revisit successful buyers from seasons past. In 2017 mother and daughter Linda and Laura bought a flat in Bristol with Phil's help that would suit Laura and her partner until they found their own home and Linda would move in with her husband when they retired. In 2018 Ranald and Marjorie were looking for a bigger home to hold family get-togethers with enough bedrooms for all the grandkids. Now Kirstie and Phil are back to see if the properties they bought were everything they hoped for.

In each episode, contestants are challenged with a signature bake, a technical bake, and a showstopper, with judges critiquing their creations and ultimately selecting a "Star Baker" and eliminating one contestant each week. The show tests their baking skills, creativity, and prowess under pressure.
