Episode 1
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet two couples taking advantage of a First-Time Buyer scheme to help them onto the property ladder but their £450,000 budgets won't take them very far in Essex. Kirstie's with locals Sarah and Charlie who need a home to bring them together after five years of living with their respective parents. They've started to lose their nerve after eight months of unsuccessful house-hunting and it quickly becomes clear that their best chance of success is to take on a project. Phil's couple Toby and Simone have high expectations of what their home should be after renting in London, but their budget doesn't match up to the house, or postcode, they're accustomed to.

Episode 2
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Northern Ireland where Jennifer has hit a wall climbing the property ladder after selling her semi-detached starter home in Belfast and Tony and Val are looking to relocate from London to County Down.

Episode 3 Cambridgeshire 2024
In Cambridgeshire, Kirstie helps Ali and Nick sniff out their first home together in Stilton, while Phil hopes to get Hannah and Hugo over the threshold of their first marital home.

Episode 4
Phil Spencer meets new parents Dom and Arta who are looking to get back into the housing market after selling their first flat and moving into a rental but Liverpool-native Dom is shocked by how little their budget of £1million will buy them. First-time buyers Beth and Rory are facing a no-fault eviction and turn to Kirstie Allsopp for help finding their first home but a nasty fall puts their search on hold.

Episode 5
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer catch up with Zoe and Jason in Edinburgh and Ahmad and Lois in Birmingham who they helped find their perfect properties 2020 to see how they've made their homes their own. Phil finds that after a £375,000 renovation, Zoe and Jason's home is different in every way possible and Kirstie discovers Ahmad and Lois' home is unrecognisable from when they bought it.

Episode 6
Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of house-hunters for whom character was key. Georgie and Louis in south London were first time buyers looking for somewhere in a trendy spot. The first flat Kirstie and Phil showed them was so good the pair put an offer in before they even left. In 2021, Lauren and Noel sold their 250-year-old cottage in Northampton and needed help house hunting in Northumberland. Now Phil returns to find out how they've made the new-build they bought into a home.

The Terror
The Terror is an American anthology television series exploring historical speculative fiction based on true events.
The series is named after Dan Simmons's 2007 novel, which serves as the basis for the first season and is a fictionalized account of Captain Sir John Franklin's lost expedition to the Arctic in 1845–1848.
The second season, subtitled Infamy, bears no relation to the book or first season and is mostly set in an American-run Japanese internment camp during World War II.
