The series will feature a multitude of British comics: Bob Mortimer, Daisy May Cooper, Joe Lycett, Judi Love, Rob Beckett, Sara Pascoe, Lou Sanders, Joe Wilkinson, Harriet Kemsley and Richard Ayoade – with Jimmy Carr in the host's seat alongside special guest Rosin Conaty.

Jimmy Carr kicks things off as ten of the UK's top comedians find out who they're up against. With the game underway, Richard Ayoade goes on the offensive, Joe Lycett dishes out some unusual compliments and Daisy May Cooper reveals she has a crush on someone… but who will be the first to crack?

Naughty Taughty
It's carnage in there as Jimmy starts to dish out the cards. Meanwhile, Rob Beckett pays a touching tribute to his grandma and there's a sprinkling of magic from Bob Mortimer. Plus, when someone breaks the rules, Jimmy decides it's time for an old school punishment.

Anyone for Ping Pong?
As the game nears the halfway point, Daisy is tested to the limit by Bob's songs, Lou sees a side of herself she didn't know existed, and the gang get a taste of the occult when Jimmy sends in an unexpected guest.

Cracking Up
Bob shows off his newsreader skills, Judi introduces a furry friend, and it all kicks off when a surprise celebrity guest invades Rob's personal space. Meanwhile, one of the comics gets the serious giggles. And as the clock ticks down, can anyone make Richard Ayoade laugh?

Meats and Cheeses
Two hours to go, so it's time for one player to unleash her comedy grenade. Jimmy sends a comic back in to play gameshow host, some intimate details are revealed, and the Ronaldo and Messi of comedy face off in a memorable Head-to-Head.

The Last Laugh
It's the last episode and the cards come thick and fast, as the finalists throw everything they've got at each other. The comedians try to hit the high notes as Jimmy sets a singing challenge with a difference, there's an epic head-to-head battle, and it's a photo finish as our final two race to be crowned the winner.
