Philippe Lacheau and Alexandra Lamy invite 10 comedians for a novel evening. Their job is to hold out for six hours without laughing. They'll get a yellow card the first time they laugh. A second occurrence leads to a red card and elimination. The winner will earn €50,000 for a charity of their choice. In this crazy atmosphere, we don't have to wait long for the first yellow card to be dished out.

With the help of his assistant, Ramzy, he's determined to make his opponents crack up with his Smiling Trick.
