The season premiere finds Theresa's daughter engaged, as she reaches out to ex-husband Larry to begin the wedding plans. Then, Theresa heads to LA to read Louie Anderson, Wayne Brady, Tatum O'Neal and recent Bachelor sweethearts Arie & Lauren Luyendyk.

A Lifetime of Loss
Theresa reads Carol, a woman whose life is marked by so much loss that it leads Theresa to do something she has never done before. Victoria chooses an engagement party dress, but then loses her ring!

24 Hours with Theresa
For an entire day, Theresa doesn't shut off spirit, which leads to 24 hours of non-stop readings; from the gym to the gas station, the nail salon to the grocery store, Theresa doesn't get a moment's rest from the loved ones of those she encounters.

Larry Returns
Theresa reads a young girl whose parents believe she may also possess the gift of communicating with those who have passed; it's an emotional family reunion when Theresa's ex-husband, Larry, returns to Long Island for Victoria's engagement party.

Keeping the Faith
Theresa conducts a group reading for people of different faiths to show how everyone is connected by Spirit. A pastor, a rabbi, a practicing Buddhist and members of the Hindu faith receive meaningful readings.

Clearing the List
Reaching out to fans who've been on her mailing list for a decade, Theresa does a series of big group readings to clear her list. A man grieves as he wasn't able to save his dad, and two moms are reconnected to their children who took their own lives.

I Did Not See This Coming
In an hour of Knock & Shocks, a group of women are visited by the best friend they lost, Theresa's parents act as accomplices to bring peace to some friends, and a woman whose entire neighborhood wrote in for her to get a reading receives that and more.

Theresa brings Victoria and the whole family on an excursion to choose a wedding dress. Then, Theresa reunites a hearing-impaired client with the loved ones who supported her. Later, Theresa visits a jail to read an inmate separated from her by glass.
