Theresa hits the road once again and travels to Philadelphia to surprise people with messages from their loved ones. Theresa helps a mother heal from her son's tragic passing and a young widow to reconnect with her true love.

Construction Zone
Theresa decides to do work on the house because of mold. However Larry has no idea how big the project actually is. To add the chaos Victoria is back from college with an unannounced friend. And a couple who lost their son receive a life-changing message.

Shoo Shoo Spirit
When the house construction becomes an impending reality, Theresa is forced to figure out alternative places to do her readings. And, Theresa allows a devastated man to release the guilt he feels from his parents' tragic passing.

Spirit Left Behind
After allowing his daughter to do a private reading in his house, Theresa's dad, Nick feels that there was spirit left behind. And Theresa is completely dumbfounded when she reads her dad for the very first time.

Gluten Free V
When it comes to their kids, mothers' know best. So when Victoria adamantly claims that she is allergic to gluten, Theresa thinks her daughter is being way over-dramatic. Then, a man hears validations from his wife that no one else would know.

Mommas Boy
Theresa is caught off guard when she finds out that her son wants to get his motorcycle license. And in a group reading, a woman hears details from a harrowing incident in her past.

Diving Right In
If the construction on the Caputo's house wasn't already enough, Theresa decides she wants to add a swimming pool to the plans. Plus, Theresa is shocked when spirit appears in a way that she has never seen before.

When There's a Will...
When Theresa and Larry decide to do a will, the kids have a very unique reaction. And, spirits show up in a spin class. Plus, Theresa meets with a young boy who's suffering with a troubling disease in addition to the loss of his dad.

In need of some serious mother-daughter bonding, Theresa and Victoria head upstate to get in touch with Mother Nature. While there, the girls are put to the ultimate test when they have to milk a cow.

Bunny Love
The Caputo House is turned upside down when Theresa's husband Larry rescues a bunny from the wild. But will Theresa let Larry keep his new furry friend or will she send the bunny hopping? And, a woman hears from her young daughter.

Ready to Leave
With Victoria going back to school, the Caputo family enjoys a last supper together. However, lobster night quickly turns crabby when Larry Jr. tells his mother he wants to move out with his girlfriend. Also, a grieving mother hears from her son.

Revisited
Visiting past clients that have been most affected by her messages from spirit, Theresa follows up with the people whose lives have drastically changed since their readings. Spirit comes through with new messages that will help them continue to heal.

Back to Normal
Although the construction is finally coming to an end, the Caputo house still feels unsettled since Larry Jr. has yet to decide if he will move out or not. Plus, Theresa encounters a woman that gets absolutely furious in a private reading.

On the Road: Niagara
Once again Theresa is leaving Long Island behind and surprising the great people of upstate NY with readings. On her journey, the medium reconnects a grieving mother with her daughter and she meets a woman who is distrayght after the loss of her husband.
