Detective Oh Jin-Sung moves to Seoul as part of prosecutor Cha Young-Woon's team to help with the case. After arresting Bae Min-Gyu, and having to let go of him due to his alibi, Jin-Sung strengthens his resolve to prove he's the killer. However, what he couldn't foresee was that his younger brother Oh Jin-Woo will be arrested due to abundance of evidence pointing to him as the likely suspect.

Episode 3
Jin-Woo becomes a suspect again, but investigation shifts to Min-Gyu again after the witness about his alibi comes forward. But all that changes when the witness withdraws his statement, and more clues lead the investigation to a whole new suspect. But before Jin-Sung and Detective Yook capture the suspect, he commits suicide and leaves the note admitting to all the crimes. The case seems closed, and both detectives on the case get promoted. Jung-Sook becomes more and more worried about Young-Woon's health and sets a new plan in motion... a plan that involves Jin-Woo.

Detective Oh Jin-Sung receives video showing his brother was attacked, and despite initial refusal by the higher-ups, Young-Joo forces their hands into re-opening the investigation. Everything goes full circle when the primary suspect turns out to be Bae Min-Gyu again, although everything points that he wasn't working alone.

The pieces of the puzzle are starting to get together. Detective Oh Ji-Sung's deduction was spot on in suspecting Jung Woo-No of being involved in Jin-Woo's death. Also Young-Woon verifies that Jin-Woo's his brother. While the focus is on finding out if Young-Woo got his brother's heart, the lack of any documentation regarding the surgery complicates things.

Book has gathered around him a host of lovable, damaged misfits whom he informally protects, cajoles, and mentors. His wife Trottie runs the wallpaper shop next door. She's a charismatic adventuress whom Book loves deeply but not physically, for they are in a 'lavender' marriage to help conceal Book's sexual orientation in a time when it was illegal to be gay.
Bookish marries post-war nostalgia with the reckless and life-affirming atmosphere of the times, creating a fast-paced and stylish detective drama.
