In addition to learning how to be an ally to friends discovering their identities, this episode will explore how to support friends who are dating within the LGBTQIA+ community. While social media seeks to educate, as we've seen, it can also spread hate and negativity– as well as misinformation. In conversation with her guests, Jesse and Devyn, Amelie will give insight into the ins and outs of dating within the LGBTQIA+ community. Through a combination of facts and figures and personal anecdotes, this episode will examine the ins and outs of each stage of dating and show how you can be a supportive friend/ally during that process.

Whether you struggled with mental health issues before the pandemic, or your anxiety/depression has heightened over the last few years: you're not alone. In this episode, Amelie and her guests - Haley Caddes & Jaci Marie Smith - will discuss how to be a supportive partner while your significant other is going through a mental health crisis. Along the same lines, how can your partner assist you if you're struggling with your own mental health? Through a deep dive into all things mental health, this episode will normalize the conversation around therapy and give lessons for dating when you're feeling anxious or depressed.

Whether we're aware of it or not, most of us living in America have been shaped by the competitiveness of capitalism. Add social media into the mix and a constant dose of body image scrutiny, and you've got a recipe for insecurity. How can you transcend the myth of "perfectionism" and develop a healthy body image?
