Episode 1
Sara Cox helps more people living and working in remote rural areas to find love. The first episode introduces Grace, a sheep farmer from Wales, and Martin, a dairy farmer from Yorkshire. Grace faces inheriting her father's business when he retires, so is looking for a partner who will be willing to share the responsibility. Martin has not had a relationship in more than a decade, so leaves behind his Doncaster roots to attend a speed dating event in London attended by women from across the UK who have written to the show.

Episode 2
Katy picks her four favourite letter writers to meet face-to-face at a speed dating event in London, including 74-year-old former professional footballer Carl, and painter and decorator John. Meanwhile, it's decision time for dairy farmers Martin and Grace, who have each invited three potential suitors back to their farms. Both are looking for a partner that will fall in love with not only them, but also their rural lifestyle and are hoping sparks will fly with at least one of their guests during their weekend stay.

Episode 3
Sheepdog trainer Katy welcomes three suitors to her home to try out rural life in the remote Cumbrian fells, and Sara heads to the Cumbrian coast to deliver some love letters to dairy farmer David.

Episode 4
Sara Cox heads to Hay-on-Wye to deliver an impressive pile of love letters to vet George and arranges for him to speed date his favourite letter writers.

Episode 5
Sara Cox heads to Somerset to give equine dentist Victoria a leg up the love ladder. Victoria adores her country life, but her dating pool is small and when it comes to men she is incredibly picky.

Episode 6
In the final episode, Sara helps Welsh shepherd Ioan get a leg up the love ladder, and vet George and equine dentist Victoria are both in the grip of a dating conundrum.

Each episode follows an hour of Dr. Robby's 15-hour shift as the chief attendant in Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital's emergency room.
