Rachael and Ryan can't agree over their Greenslopes Queenslander. Ryan is over the constant maintenance that is required. Rachael thinks it has great bones. Neale tries to find a solution.

Our young, successful dynamic duo Tom and Katie have a terrace in Surry Hills they bought a year ago. They have buyers remorse after not being able to afford their first suburb of choice. The current floor plan presents the couple with obstructions and a lack of liveable space. Can Neale clear the house of those obstructions and provide them with a home they don't regret buying or will Andrew show them they can in fact find a home in the suburb of Paddington they've always dreamt of.

It's a chaotic house with a chaotic floor plan and Mark and Amanda need a solution. Will Neale's reworking of the space change Mark's mind? Or, will Andrew convince Amanda to move to a slightly cheaper suburb, to an already renovated house?

Kylie and Josh have lived with their two children in their Kew East home for 12 months. That's 12 months too long for Kylie who thought they would renovate immediately. She craves open plan and wants to buy it somewhere else. Josh thinks the answer is hidden in the current foot print of their home, 'someone just needs to find the hidden gem. 

Lyndi and Les love where they live and the life they live with their three children, however Les has fallen out of love with their house and feels they have outgrown it. Andrew wants to introduce them to the idea of a move but Neale has some great design ideas to reignite their passion for their current home.

Can Andrew use his home state advantage to convince Queensland couple Damien & Olivia to list their tired small home or will Neale weave his magic to create a home that will become their haven.

Sam & Uttam have lived in their home for 11 years. Sam loves the location and feels they belong there. Uttam thinks this 1970's classic is outdated and wants something more suited to their family.

Karen has been living in an unfinished renovated house for 20 years and she has had enough! Can her husband Darrel get Neale to finish what they started many years ago and convince her to stay?

Anna and Antony are a couple living in their Essendon North home at loggerheads. Antony wants to renovate it and stay, Anna wants to renovate it and sell. Is this a Team Love it or Team List it win?
