A Flawed Flip
Young couple, Ryan and Sarah purchased their first home that had recently been flipped in an up and coming neighborhood. Ryan saw this downtown house as first step on the property ladder: Sarah however has settled in for the long haul. Realizing that the house has some major flaws, Ryan wants to pack up and find a place that is perfect, but Sarah has become attached to this house and has no intention of moving.
