Rob and Kim decided they were ready to start a family, and they needed a bigger house to do so. When life didn't go according to plan, they found themselves living in an oversized home, with only hopes of filling it with family. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help the couple find a home that fits their lives now. Hilary and her team will revamp the house, making it once again feel like home. David will search for downsized homes that will convince the couple to move. In the end, Rob and Kim will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or will they List It?
