Early Retirement Renovation
Kathy and John fell in love with their large, private yard when they purchased their house almost three decades ago. Now that their kids have left the nest, and they both took early retirement, Kathy and John are spending more and more time together in their home. Kathy struggles with the functional issues in the kitchen, living room and master bathroom, but John is certain there are solutions to her problems. He has gone so far as to demo the bathroom to make her happy, but they haven't been able to agree on a new floor plan.
