For Kevvie and Nicole, this '70s style house was their fantasy home come true. At first, they loved the quirkiness of the house, but now the costs are starting to add up? especially when it comes to running the indoor pool. In addition to the thousands of dollars thrown into keeping the pool functional, the couple has put in new windows, floors, a bathroom, and has several other unfinished projects. Torn between the reality of living in this '70s chateau and the costs of running it, Kevvie and Nicole are at odds about what to do with their home. Thankfully, help is on the way in the form of designer Hilary and realtor David. Hilary's team will redesign the retro residence to restore the love for it. While David will attempt to relocate the family into cool new quarters. In the end, will they love it or list it?
