Hilary is on hand to wow them with an update that should bring this house into the 21st century. Will they end up in a new home, or will they continue to build family memories in the family's house?
One Last Renovation
Kerry and Dave renovated and added to their home as their family grew, but their three kids have taken over every common room, leaving little to no space for the couple. Kerry would love a home with updated bathrooms and a dedicated space for the kids, but Dave is attached to the house their children grew up in and refuses to move. With one last renovation from designer Hilary, can this couple love their home, or will real estate agent David find them a house with plenty of space and function for the whole family?
