Episode 4

The new series continues, as mum-of-three Samantha from London, construction coordinator Hugo from Hampshire, former biomedical scientist Sarah from Hertfordshire and retired civil servant Susan from Edinburgh have all come to the clinic looking for support and potential treatments that will change their lives. After years or torment, Samantha wants to find out if anything can be done to rebuild the confidence she's lost because of people's comments about the gap in her front teeth. Twenty-one-year-old Hugo is hoping he can get the support he needs to step out into the world again after becoming 'a bit of a recluse' since a keloid scar appeared on his ear three years ago. Sarah's hoping to build her self-esteem after being left with what she sees as an unbalanced face following the slippage of surgery to treat a rare facial condition. And Susan has come to the clinic to rediscover the courage she's lost after years of bullying.
