Emily is a woman in her early 40s who seems to have the perfect life. However, not all shiny social media posts are real. With no filter, she feels invisible and unfulfilled, with her home life also in shambles. As she takes on a 400-mile drive back to her hometown to fulfill her father's final wish, she meets Vince, a young man in his 20s promising the exhilarating excitement of novel experiences and new beginnings. Just like that, Emily finds herself at a crossroads with a known route towards misery and another road leading to an uncertain future.
