Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome Home
Gavin shows Simon through a stunning home in the beachside suburb of Coogee before meeting with the head of the Ray White Group to learn his fate. D'Leanne showcases a modern ‘Entertainer's Dream' home to Tammy for a prospective client. Simon is on the hunt for a new Executive Assistant and we meet our newest Agent Monika Tu and tour the most expensive penthouse on the north side of Sydney.

Is It Wow to Me or Wow to the House?
Gavin searches for a cliff-top house for Simon's buyer but sees his efforts backfire when D'Leanne suggests an alternative option. Monika hosts a party to find a co-agent for the sale of the St Leonards penthouse. D'Leanne receives a business proposal from her boss which could transform her career and Simon has a big decision to make.

Taking the Good with the Bad
Simon has to decide between D'Leanne's and Gavin's clifftops leaving someone disappointed. With properties scarce in the east the search heads north. Gavin to an exclusive Northern Beaches suburb hoping for a double deal and Simon to Monika's lower north shore property. D'Leanne also on an upward trajectory sells a house for a record price and moves closer to buying the whole corporation.

8th Wonder of the World
While waiting to hear back about the deal for Laing and Simmons D'Leanne holds an open house for a stunning home in one of Sydney's most prestigious suburbs Point Piper. Gavin takes the opportunity to work with a new buyer's agent. Monika returns to the birdhouse to find out the owner's decision regarding the exciting offer.

There Goes My Zen
Simon doesn't want to disappoint a first time client who has fallen in a love with a house several million over their budget. A medical scare drives Gavin harder than ever and he's got a point to prove by smashing through six million at the auction for the Sylvania Waters house. D'Leanne sets up a meditation session but with tensions still high will anybody leave feeling zen?

You Eat What You Kill
In the hunt for acreage Tammy & Simon venture outside of Sydney for a new international client. In Double Bay TRG shows off one of their most spectacular open homes to date. Monika Tu is wined and dined in an attempt to win her penthouse co-listing. Gavin faces his toughest auction yet. And TRG throws a 2-year anniversary party with a surprise celebrity guest that will change the game.

Stephen Colbert took over as host, executive producer, and writer of The Late Show on Sept. 8, 2015.
Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!

The Rookie
The Rookie is inspired by a true story. John Nolan is the oldest rookie in the LAPD. At an age where most are at the peak of their career, Nolan cast aside his comfortable, small town life and moved to L.A. to pursue his dream of being a cop. In this workplace comedy, a group of dedicated, passionate teachers — and a slightly tone-deaf principal — are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible public servants may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do — even if they don't love the school district's less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children.
