The 69th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 23, 1995, in New York City and shown to viewers on NBC that same day from 9 a.m. to noon EST. It was hosted by Katie Couric, Willard Scott and Al Roker. The lineup featured 18 giant helium balloons, 23 novelty balloons, 32 floats and four falloons, 14 marching bands, a host of celebrities, and the one-and-only Santa Claus.
