Chloe and Kirsty from Essex have a fashion philosophy and it's all about glitz and glamour - offering frou-frou dresses, fluffy shoes, tanning and hair extensions for Holly. London ladies Sheldeen, Elaine and Monzie dress for impact with bold choices like eye-catching teddy bear earrings and Lego jewellery. How will Holly cope with the Lego and the latex?

Roxi
In this episode, busy working mum Roxi, an accountant from High Wycombe, is still wearing clothes she has had since she was 12. She lacks confidence and needs help to bring her wardrobe into 2017. Battling it out to give Roxi the perfect makeover are three groups of friends from Essex, Cardiff and Newcastle. In Essex, best friends Chloe and Kirsty have a makeover in mind and it's all about glitz, glitter and glamour. From Newcastle, Femi, Roderick and Fabian have been best friends since they were kids. They have never styled a woman, but that doesn't faze these sharp-dressing guys known as 'The Trinity'.

Rebecca
Grandmother Rebecca lives in black and baggy clothes - even her wedding dress was black. She's desperate to enter her fifties with a new sexy look so she's handed over control of her wardrobe to three groups who have no styling experience. First to makeover Rebecca are die-hard fashionistas Sophie and Casey from Cardiff. Casey is so mad about fashion he has tattoos of Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld on his legs. Next are the London ladies Sheldeen, Elaine and Monzie, who are fearless in their fashion choices and on a mission to give Rebecca a sexy new look. And in Manchester, can stylish hipsters Ben and his wingmen - twins Chris and Craig - charm their way to victory? The lads like to embrace club cool but how will this sit with Rebecca, who's more at home in a baggy cardigan and leggings?

Nicole
Nicole is a 19-year-old local council worker and a self-confessed gamer who only owns one pair of jeans. She's low on body confidence and hates shopping. Hoping to win the battle to restyle Nicole are the Newcastle Gents, Glasgow Girls and Shoreditch Shoppers. In Glasgow, shopaholics Amanda, Claire and Sherrie try to introduce Nicole to an explosion of colour, with a radical plan for her hair. The second makeover is in Newcastle with childhood best friends Femi, Roderick and Fabian. These sharp dressers are determined to find her a new classic look. Then there are friends Lottie and Kathryn, bonded by a love of shopping in Shoreditch. They want to show Nicole that body love and confidence can make any outfit look good.
