After 17 years in prison, Assa gets an early release provided he continues to be magpie for the police. He uses his manipulative skills when he returns home, to get what he deserves.

Assa tries to get closer to his brother, but is stopped by one of his men - Maor. A local crime family jeopardizes David's construction project. Assa meets a childhood friend, and realized a lot can change in 17 years.

After the explosions, the conflict between David and Yehudit comes to a boiling point. Assa joins in and gets a chance to prove himself to his brother. Meanwhile, he gets closer to Shei.

Assa is brutally attacked and is bound to a hospital bed. David and Yaniv go to get revenge, which exposes cracks in their friendship. When Assa helps David's struggle with Yehudit, he gets his brother's respect for the first time.

A surveyor risks the entire project, so Assa and David to cooperate to resolve the problem. Following her attack, Sophie takes some time away and deals with her choices. Assa tries to progress his relationship with Shei, but reaches an expected barrier.

Assa is in a cell with a suspect who is realized to be a threat to David and the project. He has to choose between his loyalty to his brother and Ada. Sophie returns with a list of demands and expectations from David, but he finds it hard to meet them.

David and the bunch are not getting along, but get stuck in the car on Yom Kippur in the middle of nowhere. On the way back, Maor and Yaniv remind David things from their childhood he'd rather forget. Meanwhile, Assa and Sophie dive into the same past but come up with different conclusions.

David and the guys catch Assa red handed, so they lock him in an abandoned building and try get a confession out of him. Meanwhile, David starts his own investigation revealing his brother's true face.

Hurt and betrayed Assa looks for a simple revenge, but Ada directs his ambitions to a manner which will help her regain her job.

With Ada's help, Assa continues with his revenge spree. On the other side, Yaniv and David try to trace him so they can get rid of him once and for all. Maor sacrifices himself for Sophie.
