Sasha puts the girls through a grueling day of practice as punishment for attending a party. Meanwhile, a power play develops among the parents as a decision is made about who will manage the gym.

Like Mother, Like Daughter, Like Supermodel
To help raise money for Nationals, The Rock hosts a mother-daughter fashion show, which causes friction for most of the pairs.

Between a Rock and a Hard Place
To get the girls ready for Nationals, Sasha arranges for an invitational meet with a formidable foe.

Run, Emily, Run
The Rock is gearing up for Nationals, and with that comes more pressure, while Emily has to deal with the consequences of her actions.

All's Fair in Love, War and Gymnastics
The Cruz family host a send-off party for Nationals while their guests deal with their own agendas: Payson secretly obtains some medicine; Lauren takes a final shot at breaking up Carter and Kaylie; and Chloe hides her financial struggles from Emily.

Where's Kaylie
When Carter comes clean about his infidelity, Kaylie takes off on the night before departure for Nationals and the girls must track her down before it's too late.

All That Glitters
All of the girls' hard work is put on the line as they compete in Boston for a spot on the National Gymnastics team.

The Eleventh Hour
While the girls celebrate their win at the National Gymnastics competition, Payson struggles with the ramifications of her back injury, becoming increasingly detached from her family and friends.

Follow the Leader
While Kaylie's gymnastics career continues to soar, she struggles to help Payson deal with her injuries and, at the same time, tries to keep her arch enemy, Kelly Parker, in check. With all this added pressure, she also has to deal with Marty as her new coach. This leaves her feeling alone, and the only person she can talk to is Carter. And as the girls prepare for competition, they want someone they know and trust to help coach the team, so they conspire to get Marty fired. Meanwhile, Payson's negative feelings about her back injury finally turn into something positive.

California Girls
Kaylie's popularity continues to grow when she and Nicky are invited to Los Angeles to attend an A-list pool party complete with limos and a private jet! The girls get a taste of celebrity living, flashbulbs and all when Emily and Payson are also invited to tag along, while Lauren blackmails Nicky to be his date. Nicky's dad helps Payson get an appointment with one of the world's leading back doctors, conveniently located at UCLA. Will Payson be able to compete again or will her dreams be smashed.

Are We Having Fun Yet?
As The Rock gets ready for the annual Open House, Payson struggles through her first days of high school.

Loves Me, Loves Me Not
With the fast approach of Valentine's Day, everyone must confront their love life, whether they want to or not.

Save the Last Dance
The girls of The Rock get a little taste of normal teenage life as they attend Payson's prom.

Hope and Faith
Emily finds out that her mother is dating Steve after Lauren confronts Chloe about the situation. Meanwhile, Payson has an appointment with a top-ranked back surgeon; and the National Team must prove their worth and step up their game.

The Great Wall
With Sasha's gamble to invite the Chinese team to The Rock, the girls intensify their training to show everyone what they are made of.

The Only Thing We Have to Fear...
With the National Committee seeing red over Sasha's Chinese Invitational, the pressure is on for The Rock gymnasts.

Are We Family?
Everything is put on the line as the girls go up against the Chinese team to prove once and for all that they're the best.
