These "Mates" must rely on each other as they face different challenges, but how far will their camaraderie go when everything is on the line? Who has what it takes to impress an all-star panel of celebrity judges including Solar, Onestar, Kim Seung Eun, Hanhae, Vata, and Ingyoo? The contestants are split into two groups based on ranks. Each group is given a legendary k-pop song that they must master the choreography for in just 24 hours. Which team will come out on top?

The competition officially begins and elimination is now a risk. The first mission is “one artist, two stages”. Group A and B continue to go head-to-head as they form 3 smaller units within the groups. The units are given 1 of 3 artists (SHINee, 2PM, TXT) and opposing units are given 1 of 2 songs by the artist they get.
