Kirby goes to Los Angeles to discover Music Mends Minds, an organization that creates musical support groups for people with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and other neurological disorders.

Kirby travels to Littleton, North Carolina, to work with Helpful Hands and Hearts, a organization in the Lake Gaston and Roanake River Valley that helps everyday people deal with their challenging access and transportation circumstances.

Kirby travels to Fairfax, Virginia, to work with SevaTruck Foundation, an organization committed to fighting hunger in communities by serving hot, nutritious meals to anyone in need.
