Chef Maneet Chauhan prepares a masala omelet with onion and fresh cilantro then adds buttery Amul cheese to make an epic, ooey gooey breakfast sandwich. A sweet, spicy ketchup is the perfect finishing touch. Maneet Chauhan is hooked on these flaky and buttery flatbreads filled with spiced veggies like carrots, peas and onion.
