Then, the main course is a spicy, decadent serving of Pork Vindaloo, a dish native to the coastal state of Goa and flavored with a fusion of Indian and Portuguese spices.

Chef Maneet Chauhan is back in the kitchen, and today it's all about the prized dish biryani, a recipe originally served to the Indian royals, filled with decadent ingredients and luxurious spices. Chef Maneet Chauhan shares how to make the popular savory snack Murukku, a rich and satisfying accompaniment for chai, the spiced milk tea found in every Indian household and marketplace. Then, Maneet reveals her personal spice blend for the perfect masala Chai and gives a tour of some of her favorite readymade Indian snacks to pick up at the market.

Maneet makes crispy spinach and onion Pakoras and herbaceous Saag Paneer.

Masala Omelet and Parathas
Chef Maneet Chauhan prepares a masala omelet with onion and fresh cilantro then adds buttery Amul cheese to make an epic, ooey gooey breakfast sandwich. A sweet, spicy ketchup is the perfect finishing touch. Maneet Chauhan is hooked on these flaky and buttery flatbreads filled with spiced veggies like carrots, peas and onion.

Bob's Burgers
The series follows Bob who runs Bob's Burgers, with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Bob's wife, Linda, stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old Tina has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
