Police receive intelligence of a known criminal reportedly in possession of a firearm who's planning to attend a concert in the city centre. With thousands of lives potentially at risk, Greater Manchester Police's Major Incident Team teams up with the Tactical Firearms Unit for a high-stakes operation. DI Simon Ackers and Superintendent Paul Walker marshal specialist surveillance units and armed officers in a co-ordinated bid to find the suspect before he enters the venue. As the concert looms and the stakes reach critical levels, the team face mounting pressure to neutralise the threat and prevent what could become a catastrophic tragedy.
