Maud Bachelet seems to live a perfect life: a growing business, loyal friends, independent and loving children. The only downside? Her love life, shaken by the coming out of the father of her children a few years earlier. But everything changes when she meets the very charismatic Mathias Maubert, a war reporter visiting Lille. Then begins a romance that she no longer hoped for. But we quickly discover that Mathias' plans are completely different...

For Maud, the return from Italy is a little brutal: taking advantage of her absence, Joseph seems to have returned to his faults. Mathias, for his part, will quickly take advantage of a tense mother-son relationship to put Joseph out of harm's way. But the latter, who is starting to see clearly in Mathias' game, does not intend to let it happen.

Épisode 3
Following Joseph's departure, the noose around Maud tightens. While Mathias must go on a mission for his work, we discover that his Machiavellian plan does not stop at Maud... Moreover, the profile of his next victim seems to be taking shape: and it is none other than Déborah, Maud's best friend...

Épisode 4
While Maud sees her daily life crumbling, Mathias shifts into higher gear. He will do everything to isolate Maud and keep her by his side. Épisode 5
Joseph, who has become closer to Caroline, tries to gather as much evidence as possible to bring down Mathias. After a difficult investigation, he finds the trace of Cathy... For his part, Mathias continues a game which becomes more and more dangerous. Forced to expose himself, he seems to be put in difficulty. But this is without counting on his Machiavellianism, which will bring him into the best position... to the great displeasure of Joseph.

We quickly discover that all the cards have been reshuffled. What if, in the end, Mathias had not yet won the game?
