Simone and Carmela meet at the hospital to get news about Rosa and Tommaso. Everyone in the IPM is wondering who might have attempted to kill Rosa. Simone has taken over the reins of Salvo's clan, but some people don't seem to agree. Sofia is distressed by her daughter's escape. Dobermann wants to win Sonia back.

Three sisters with criminal ambitions tied to Carmela enter the IPM, upsetting its balance. Tommaso and Rosa confront each other about what happened, and the boy suspects who the killer might be. Simone, in court for a hearing, secretly meets someone unexpected. Massimo tries to convince Rosa to change her life.

While Dobermann continues his secret love affair with Sonia, Pino is surprised by unexpected news from Alina. Annarella's memories reveal a childhood trauma underlying her relationship with her sister Sharon, who appears attracted to Tommaso. Tommaso is focused on trying to open Rosa's eyes to the shooting.

While Rosa is consumed by doubts, Tommaso lets out a confession. A much-welcomed guest arrives at the IPM, and Marta sees an opportunity. Sofia's concern grows as the Milanese and Lorenza remain in hiding. Alina must make a major decision and finds some unexpected advisors.

Pino and Alina, Diego and Sonia live their wonderful love stories, but Beppe struggles to keep the secret of Alina's pregnancy.

Simone has acquired a weapon to carry out the task Donna Wanda gave him. Sonia, Marta, and Diego put their plan into action.

Rosa, Annarella, and Sharon exchange revelations about Carmela and Simone. Lorenza and Sofia make plans for a new life together, but behind their backs, Federico and Samuele also make plans for them. Dobermann wants to abandon Marta to her fate, but Micciarella has made up his mind to save the girl.

At the hospital, Alina struggles for life while Pino sinks into despair. The consequences of this situation ripple throughout the IPM. Massimo is forced to bid a heartbreaking farewell to Maria and Rosa, who has decided to definitively sever all ties with her criminal past. Marta discovers a friend in Micciarella.

Stella's story is revealed, and at IPM, a foiled plan uncovers a new balance between Sharon, Annarella, and Marika. Beppe and Massimo are increasingly worried about Pino after what happened with Samuele, and the new director struggles to cope. While Stefano makes a new acquaintance, Samuele's fate remains uncertain.

A new teacher makes the principal feel even more inadequate and brings him into conflict with Beppe. Tommaso struggles with rejection and attraction to Sharon, while Pino's absence makes him feel even more alone. Marika faces her long-awaited audition, and Simone and Annarella grow ever closer. This forces the girl to make a decision.
