MarkKim + Chef - Season 1

Kim attempts to keep up with the intimidating Chef Pom with an elaborate meal featuring homemade Tom Yum Kung and fermented soybean dip.

Chef Pam challenges Mark and Kim to their most daunting task: filleting a whole salmon for a special menu of salmon head stew with tartare.

Celebrity Chef Tam tasks Kim with making pasta from scratch for a healthy menu featuring fresh pesto and butternut squash soup. 

As a nod to Kim's German heritage, Chef Black creates a fusion recipe of Thai-style chicken schnitzel, Bratwurst with khao soi sauce, and sauerkraut. 

Chef Pom brings his take on healthier Chinese recipes to the kitchen, where Mark tackles sour plum soup and baked rice with abalone. 

Chef Nooror helps Mark and Kim create a menu of crab curry and sticky rice to satisfy their contrasting palates. 

Chef Willment joins Mark and Kim for a special in-person lesson on preparing a luxurious meal celebrating lobster.
