ATL in La La Land
In the series premiere of Married to Medicine Los Angeles, Asha tries to get her husband on the baby train, but he's hesitant to board. Britten enjoys a visit from her family, and realizes how hard living apart will be. Meanwhile, Imani considers reconnecting with her biological father. Later, Shanique throws her hubby an epic birthday bash, but tensions brew when Asha is caught off guard when her husband's ex-girlfriend makes an unexpected appearance.

Ghost of Girlfriends Past
In the episode, Contessa brings Quad, Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone from Atlanta to Los Angeles to visit her army buddy Britten. Contessa is fully healed and ready to show off her new bikini body while working on her up and down friendship with Simone. Quad wants a break from all the drama surrounding her divorce and Heavenly is always up for a girl's trip. Britten's friend, Asha, shows her flair for theatrics by inviting them all to her Wakanda-themed celebration. Here, the Atlanta girls meet up with Contessa's college gal-pal, Imani, along with many other LA doctors and wives whose glamorous lifestyles show the Atlanta ladies just how different it is to be married to medicine in LA.

Jazzy's Dollhouse Brunch
Asha puts a pause on her feud with Shanique to take Larry to their first family planning visit. During date night, Robert reveals shocking new information to Shanique about Asha and Larry. Dr. Britten is anxious after learning that her efforts to find a home might be a waste of time. While, Dr. Noelle uses her Eastern approach to treat a patient's anxiety. Later, the ladies attend a Dollhouse Brunch at Jazmin's Beverly Hills mansion, leading some to question how she can afford her lifestyle.

Truth Bombs
Britten is faced with an ultimatum from Mack to either find a house or move back to Orlando. Noelle talks through with her daughter's pre-teen woes, while Shanique's family argues about how to deal with bullies. Later, Dr. Imani throws a Truth, Trust and Transparency party to finally settle the drama between Shanique and Asha, but new revelations threaten to split the friendship circle wide open.

The Roof is on Fire
Imani's rooftop event comes to a boil as Shanique makes outrageous claims about Asha's husband. Then, Jazmin faces off with Imani about her drug dealer comments. Later, Britten goes house hunting to make sure she can stay in LA. When Gaby is forced to deal with issues at school, Noelle must decide if she made the right school choice.

Defective Crystal Ball
Britten's mission in LA hits a snag as her husband reaches a breaking point. Imani's mother gives her some hard truths about her father. Later, Noelle throws a 40th birthday party Chicago style, but things get weird when the ladies take part in a psychic reading and no one is ready for what the spirit world has to say.

Dog Tags of Summer
The ladies come back to earth after their psychic reading goes off book, leading them to suspect Noelle of masterminding it. Imani sees her half-sister for the first time ever. Noelle checks in with Gabby about fitting in with her new school. After another failed attempts to bring the ladies together Britten hosts a pool party and hopes a special gift will get the ladies to feel the love again. Then, Shanique and Robert fight over her work, leaving her at a crossroads.

A Bond That Will Never Be Broken
Britten has to make a difficult decision that will have repercussions for both her family and the ladies. Robert throws a surprise dinner for Shanique to make amends for his harsh words. Asha updates Noelle on her potential pregnancy while Imani has an emotional reunion with her long-lost sister. Now that the ladies are in a better place, Imani throws a rooftop event to celebrate the African American medical community.
