Country music star Martina McBride has assembled the perfect fiesta-themed menu for her daughter's 24th birthday. She's whipping up Fresh Salsa and Avocado Hummus for an appetizer and Tasty Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas with colorful Confetti Rice for a mouth-watering main course. She's topping off this delicious birthday dinner with a decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake adorned with powdered sugar.
Christmas Brunch with Friends

For dessert, she makes the road crew's all-time favorite, No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies.

She's making Pot Roast Sliders and Garlic Roasted Shrimp with Green Goddess Dressing and Mashed Potato Salad -- one of Martina's favorite family recipes. For dessert, the appropriately named Peanut Butter Incredibles complete the evening full of great music and food.
