And, Al Spoler is the ultimate "locals only" guy - well, local farm produced meats, dairy, produce and flowers that is.

Then, this week's The Local Buy has Al visiting a Harford County Dairy farm making sweet corn ice cream.

Plus, Al Spoler visits the Paw Paw Festival in Frederick, Maryland to celebrate Maryland's native fruit.

The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
