El quinto programa de MasterChef sube el nivel de exigencia con una Prueba de presión: los aspirantes deberán elaborar un Croquembouche, postre típico francés en grandes celebraciones. Para ayudarles, recibirán la visita del chef Paco Torreblanca, el mejor repostero de Europa, que les dará las claves para prepararlo de la mejor manera posible.El jurado y Torreblanca, decidirán quiénes son los 2 mejores, que serán capitanes de la prueba por equipos. Esta semana habrá consecuencias también para los peores.En la Prueba por equipos, MasterChef viaja a Burgos, la capital de la gastronomía española. Los aspirantes, divididos por equipos, harán dos menús con los tres tesoros de la cocina burgalesa: la morcilla, el cordero y el queso. Agricultores, ganaderos y alumnos de hostelería degustarán los platos y decidirán a los ganadores de la prueba.Los perdedores vuelven a la cocina de MasterChef para luchar por su plaza en el programa.
