Tras la repesca, la competición se hace más dura en MasterChef. En el programa siete serán expulsados dos aspirantes.Prueba de presión será eliminado el primero, el que peor elabore un pollo relleno. Los tres mejores serán capitanes en exteriores, que formarán sus equipos con dos compañeros y un juez del programa.Los equipos prepararán las meriendas de tres hoteles de lujo de la capital, Ritz, Westin Palace y Hesperia. Los invitados serán representantes de la cultura, la moda y la televisión, como Roberto Torretta, Carolina Herrera, Nieves Álvarez o Kike Sarasola; actores muy queridos de TVE: Francis Lorenzo, Miriam Gallego, Pepa Aniorte (Águila Roja) y Lluvia Rojo (Cuéntame como pasó) y los presentadores de programas informativos Jesús Álvarez, Desireé Ndjambo, Pilar García Muñiz.Jorge González, Víctor Guerra y Esteban Mangudo, chefs de los hoteles, impartirán MasterClass a los aspirantes que les servirán a la hora de cocinar los platos.
