Contestants are given a very limited selection of foods to cook for the challenge. To obtain additional ingredients, they will have to win them, one by one, during an auction hosted by a well-known gastronome: Sébastien Benoit.

The tension is felt in the kitchen. Only one person will be spared from the elimination challenge. For the candidates, the stakes are high. They have to get creative and make sure their dishes are worthy to secure them a place in the top 4.

Contestants must perfectly recreate a complex classic of Italian cuisine. To help them with the task, a special guest offers them a detailed demonstration.

The candidates lift the mystery box and discover local ingredients. These are the favorite foods of a well-known Quebec chef who masters cooking with boreal flavors like no other: Arnaud Marchand.

Candidates work in pairs to complete a challenge that requires attention to detail. In no time they have to make and cook homemade sausages. For some, the test goes smoothly but for others, it's panic in the kitchen!

Two people must demonstrate perfect mastery of flavors and presentation. There is only one place left in the final and, to obtain it, they will have to sublimate exceptional fine products. The judges demand nothing less than excellence and will not accept any compromise on the plate.
