In three hours, they must bring together a starter, a main and a dessert of their own creation, surpassing all the culinary ability, technique and knowledge they have demonstrated to so far and impressing on a whole new scale.
As the tension builds in the kitchen, they pour their hearts and souls into every plate of food.
